On rare occasion, a client of LTEC may have the unfortunate experience of having to cancel his/her event. the chef's at LTEC invest a significant amount of time planning and ordering supplies, providing a high level of customer service, and maintaining the quality of our services.

 

Therefore, our blanket refund policy is as follows:

cancellation within 0-30 days from event No Refund

cancellation within 31-60 days from event 25% of deposit

cancellation within 61-90 days from event 50% of deposit

cancellation within 91-120 days from event 75% of deposit

cancellation within 121+ days from event 100% refunded
